CrossLink NL didn’t start in a boardroom; it started with a simple observation of the Dutch youth landscape. In a world that is increasingly interconnected yet deeply polarized, we saw a gap. We saw young people in the Netherlands with immense talent and curiosity, but limited access to the transformative power of international non-formal education.
We founded CrossLink NL as a Vereniging (Association) to be the "link"—the bridge between local Dutch youth and the vast opportunities of the European Union.
We are architects of experience. Based in the heart of the Netherlands, we specialize in Erasmus+ Key Action 1 and 2 projects. We don’t just "organize trips"; we design structured, non-formal learning environments where:

Training Courses empower youth workers with new methodologies.
Partnerships create innovative tools for the NGO sector.
Our name reflects our methodology. We believe growth happens at the intersection of different perspectives.
Local Action, European Vision: We stay rooted in Dutch pragmatism and inclusion while aiming for European-wide impact.
Non-Formal Excellence: We replace lectures with experience. If there isn’t a reflection circle, a simulation, or a "learning-by-doing" moment, it isn’t a CrossLink project.
The Youthpass Journey: For us, the project doesn't end when the plane lands back at Schiphol. We focus on the long-term recognition of skills, ensuring every participant can translate their experience into the 8 Key Competences for their future careers.
